It’s been raining since last week…well, it rains, then the sun comes out, then it rains, then sun. I love it. Especially right after it rains, the world looks like it’s been washed and is basking in the sun to dry itself, everything looks so clean and beautiful! yummy. And yesterday it rained while the sun was out and I looked for a rainbow but didn’t find it unfortunately. Usually do. It made me think of something: When the sun is out and shining, it could rain, but then there’s a rainbow at the end of it…its like our lives. I’m pretty sure someone’s thought up this analogy before, but let me feel good about it anyway! it’s not often I come up with something profound lol.
one of my favorite ahadith…still struggling to implement it:
The Messenger (sallallaahu alaihi wasallam) who said: ” Indeed amazing are the affairs of a believer ! They are all for his benefit; If he is granted ease of living he is thankful; and this is best for him. And if he is afflicted with a hardship, he perseveres; and this is best or him.” [ Muslim ]
